1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website of Fitzpatrick's Baldoyle (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 12-13 Main Street, Baldoyle, Dublin 13, Ireland, and any bookings, gift card purchases or enquiries you make through it. By using this website you accept these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

2. Using our website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. Menus, prices and opening hours are indicative and may vary.

3. Bookings & reservations

When you make a reservation we hold a table for you in good faith. Please arrive on time; tables may be released after a reasonable grace period. If your plans change, let us know as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests. For larger groups and private events, additional terms (such as deposits or set menus) may apply and will be confirmed with you directly.

4. Gift cards

Gift cards purchased through this website may be redeemed against food and drink at Fitzpatrick's, subject to the balance available. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and may be subject to an expiry date shown at the time of purchase and in line with applicable Irish and EU consumer law. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. Birthday reward (Fitzpatrick's Locals)

Members of Fitzpatrick's Locals receive a complimentary birthday treat each year. The reward is offered as a goodwill gesture and is subject to the following terms:

  • One birthday treat per member, per calendar year: your choice of a bottle of Prosecco or a Birthday Brownie.
  • Valid from 3 days before to 3 days after the date of birth registered with Fitzpatrick's Locals.
  • To claim, show the birthday reward code we email you at the bar, together with valid photo ID confirming your date of birth.
  • The reward must be redeemed together with the purchase of a meal from our menu.
  • The Prosecco option is available to members aged 18 or over only. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to refuse service in line with the Intoxicating Liquor Acts. Please drink responsibly — visit drinkaware.ie.
  • The reward is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged or combined with any other offer, voucher or promotion.
  • The reward is subject to availability and to our normal opening hours.
  • We may amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your data.When you join Fitzpatrick's Locals we collect your name, email and date of birth for one purpose: to send your birthday reward and occasional news about events and specials at Fitzpatrick's. We won't sell your data or spam you, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Free drink (menu sign-up)

When you join Fitzpatrick's Locals from our menu you receive one free drink to enjoy on your next visit, subject to the following terms:

  • One free drink per person and per mobile number.
  • To claim, show your reward code (on screen or in the email we send you) to a member of our team at the bar.
  • The free drink is one of: a pint of draught beer or cider, a glass of house wine, a house spirit & mixer, or any soft drink. It does not include cocktails, premium or reserve spirits (fine whiskeys), doubles, bottles, or Champagne/Prosecco.
  • Alcoholic options are available to guests aged 18 or over only. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to refuse service in line with the Intoxicating Liquor Acts. Please drink responsibly — visit drinkaware.ie.
  • The reward is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • The reward is subject to availability and to our normal opening hours.
  • We may amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Your data.We collect your name, mobile, email and birthday to send your reward, the weekly specials and a birthday treat. We won't sell your data and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Grand Reopening prize draw (€100 gift card)

To mark our Grand Reopening we are running a free prize draw for a €100 Fitzpatrick's gift card. The event has been postponed and the new date is not yet confirmed— the draw is postponed along with it, and this section will be updated once a new date is announced. The promoter is Fitzpatrick's Baldoyle, 12-13 Main Street, Baldoyle, Dublin 13, Ireland. By entering you accept the following terms:

  • How to enter. Follow @fitzpatricksbaldoyle on Instagram. Following is the entry. Joining our guest list, attending the event and making a purchase are not required and do not affect your chance of winning.
  • Free entry. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter or to claim the prize.
  • Eligibility. Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding our staff and their immediate families. One entry per person. Accounts that are duplicated, automated or created solely to enter may be excluded.
  • Closing date. Not yet set — entries close shortly before the (postponed) event, once the new date is confirmed. We will publish the exact closing date here and on the guest list at the same time as the new event date.
  • The draw.The winner is selected at random from our Instagram followers at the closing date and announced live at Fitzpatrick's on the night. You do not need to be present to win.
  • The prize.One €100 Fitzpatrick's gift card, redeemable against food and drink at Fitzpatrick's Baldoyle under our normal gift card terms (section 4). The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Claiming. We will contact the winner by Instagram direct message within 7 days of the draw. If we cannot reach the winner or the prize is not claimed within 28 days of the draw, we may redraw.
  • Alcohol purchased with the gift card is available to guests aged 18 or over only. We operate a Challenge 25 policy in line with the Intoxicating Liquor Acts. Please drink responsibly — visit drinkaware.ie.
  • Not affiliated with Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You provide your information to us, not to Instagram.
  • We may amend or withdraw this promotion at any time where circumstances make it necessary. Your statutory rights are unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Your data.To run the draw we process the public Instagram username of entrants, and the winner's contact details in order to award the prize. We do not sell your data. Joining our Grand Reopening guest list is separate and optional; it collects your name, email and (if given) mobile number so we can send you event updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. 8. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate but reserve the right to correct errors. Online payments are handled by a third-party payment processor under their own terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website are owned by or licensed to Fitzpatrick's and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce them without our permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
